      Ingredients (per 3 capsules):
      Calcium gluconate, magnesium carbonate and dried cider vinegar, once mixed providing the mineral acetates.
      Capsule shell: vegetable cellulose 300mg
      Calcium 61.5mg
      Magnesium 4.5mg

      Dosage:
      Take 3 to 9 capsules daily or use as directed by a physician. If you are using Cal-M for the first time use 1-2 capsules then increase gradually.
