For most destinations outside the UK, your country may charge import duties, local taxes or customs fees when the parcel arrives. These charges are your responsibility and must be paid directly to your local delivery or customs authority. We do not cover these fees and cannot predict the amount, as each country has its own rules.
United States exception: All orders to the USA are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) with DHL Express. Import duties and taxes are automatically calculated and collected at checkout, so there are no additional customs fees on delivery.
All international orders (including the EU, Jersey and Guernsey) are VAT-free. We automatically reduce UK VAT (20%) at checkout once you enter your shipping address.
We comply with UK export laws and the import regulations of each destination.
As ingestible CBD is banned or tightly restricted in many countries, we do not send CBD products to locations where they are not allowed.
CBD orders will not be fulfilled to the following countries: Belgium, Germany, Italy, Spain, Slovakia, the United States, Canada, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Singapore, Hong Kong/China, Japan, Indonesia, and several Latin American nations including Ecuador, Bolivia, Venezuela, Guyana, and Suriname. This list is not exhaustive. If your address falls within a restricted region, any CBD items will be automatically cancelled and refunded, and they will not be dispatched.
By placing a CBD order, you confirm it is legal at your address, that you hold any licence or prescription required, and that you accept responsibility for parcels that are returned, delayed, seized or destroyed by customs. We can only refund the product cost (excluding shipping) if the items are returned to us in their original, unopened condition.
All other supplements, herbs and skincare products are unaffected by these rules and can still be shipped internationally.
