Cal-M from G&G Vitamins is a blend of calcium, magnesium, and apple cider vinegar available in powder or capsule form. Together the minerals and cider vinegar react to create the acetate forms of calcium and magnesium. Once in this state, they’re faster to absorb and can be used in your muscles and tissues to promote relaxation and calm.

Use

Suggested use

Take three capsules per day, for best results, with food.

If using Cal-M powder, stir 3-5 level teaspoons (approx 2g per teaspoon) in boiling water until dissolved. Then add to water, juice, a smoothie or other drink.

How can I track my order?

Once shipped we will e-mail a Royal Mail tracking number. This will go live once scanned at their delivery centre and you can then monitor your parcel.

What if my order is delayed?

We’ve been using Royal Mail services since 2016 and it tends to be a very reliable and efficient service. We guarantee that you will receive your parcel – normally within the estimated times - but during busy periods, like Easter and Christmas holidays, or if you live in a remote location, parcels can take a little longer.
