We source our hemp from US-grown plants in Arizona (North America).

In our core range of CBD oils, we use broad-spectrum (extract) because it allows for the greatest, most complete plant profile oil when creating high-strength oils that stay compliant with regulations.
In some instances, we also use isolate depending on the product strength or delivery where these forms are more suitable.
Love Hemp products are produced in the United Kingdom. They are not yet GMP certified, although we produce to GMP compliant standards.
All Love Hemp products are batch tested in-house and verified by a third-party lab.
We understand that safety and compliance are paramount which is why we use High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) for accurate and reliable cannabinoid quantification.
In addition to this, we also test for terpenes, heavy metals, pesticides, mycotoxins, and solvents. A COA (Certificate of Authenticity) is available upon request.
We have a primary authority partnership with UK Trading Standards - the first CBD company to have a partnership of this kind. We did this because we felt it was important to work in synergy with regulators to ensure safety and quality assurance for our customers.
Yes, our Novel Food application was submitted back in 2020. In March 2022, the FSA published a public list of pre-approved CBD products. In May 2022, all of our 34 products were approved for sale by the FSA, allowing all our submitted products to be sold legally and enables Love Hemp and our partners to continue trading legally. Love Hemp is proud to be the UK’s leading CBD brand in the UK and our approval of our 34 products on the FSA list is a testament to that.
Our inclusion on the FSA Novel Food list means we can continue to support the health & wellbeing of our customers, delivering the best quality CBD on the market. It also opens the doors for us to launch some new and exciting products soon so watch this space!
New users often wonder how much CBD to take but when it comes to dosage, there is no one-size-fits-all. Our advice is to start low and go slow until you find your sweet spot because what works for one individual may not work for the next.
Consistency and patience are also key so remember to take your CBD daily and allow at least 2 weeks to start seeing results. For some, it can take up to 30 days.

Their oils are all broad-spectrum (containing undetectable amounts of THC) and use MCT oil as a carrier, which we believe is superior because of the increased bioavailability.

Capsules are an excellent choice if you do not want to spend your time counting out drops or dislike the taste of an oil when placed under the tongue.

For those of you with a sweet tooth, you can also try out the Love Hemp CBD gummies. The jelly domes contain 20mg of CBD each and are produced using only natural colours and flavourings. Each pot contains 30 domes in orange, blackcurrant, and strawberry flavours.
