Planet Paleo Active Collagen is an easy-to-digest blend of collagen peptides, herbs and nutrients. The ingredients have been carefully selected to keep you active, boost energy levels, deepen sleep and support skin health. Collagen is rich in amino acids proline and glycine, which help tighten and tone skin and are the building blocks of healthy hair and nails.

The primary active ingredient in Active Collagen is collagen hydrolysate, also known as hydrolysed collagen.
