These Kids Multi capsules provide a high-quality blend of twelve vitamins, eleven minerals and a range of beneficial plant-based nutrients. The nutritionists at G&G Vitamins have expertly formulated them to support the nutritional needs of children. They come in an easy to swallow children's sized capsule made from vegetable cellulose.

Ideally, children should meet all their nutritional needs through their diet; however, getting children to eat a variety of fruit and vegetables can be challenging. Consequently, the Department of Health recommends that all children aged between 6 months and 5 years take daily supplements containing vitamins A, C and E. Suggested use

The number of capsules to consume each day depends on the age of the child. For best results take with food.

Age 3 – 6: One capsule per day. This can be opened and added to food or drink.
Age 7-13: Two capsules per day
Age 14+: Three capsules per day

What are the little black dots I see in some of the capsules?

Once shipped we will e-mail a Royal Mail tracking number. This will go live once scanned at their delivery centre and you can then monitor your parcel.

What if my order is delayed?

We’ve been using Royal Mail services since 2016 and it tends to be a very reliable and efficient service. We guarantee that you will receive your parcel – normally within the estimated times - but during busy periods, like Easter and Christmas holidays, or if you live in a remote location, parcels can take a little longer.
